She wanted to work with smaller businesses where she was closer to the customer and could have a greater impact. She tailored her industry leadership and success secrets to the unique needs of business owners, and in 1997 launched her corporation. The Scottsdale, Arizona-based team has grown to six high-energy employees.

She volunteers time and teaches her “Start-Up Survival Guide” and “Develop Your Winning Business Plan” presentations around the country, and mentors start-up business owners on an individual case basis.
